— Woodside Priory School, 302 Portola Road, Portola Valley, 650.851.8221, grades 6-12

A Woodside Priory education offers students three additional components:

  • a discovery of personal ethics
  • a commitment to his or her community, and
  • an informed sense of direction in his or her life.

The school prepares each student for the most academically challenging future of which he or she is capable. For many of our students, this future will include the most prestigious colleges, universities and graduate schools. Woodside Priory also draws deeply upon the 1,450-year-old tradition of respect for learning taught by St. Benedict. Benedict's rules of individuality and community leave everyone free to be, and become, who they are, within a support system of mutual respect for differences.
